Using this website

• By using the site you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time.
• Don’t misuse the site (e.g. disrupt, attempt unauthorised access, scrape).
• Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we’re not responsible for them.

Quotes, orders and payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work starts after written/email approval of quote and drawings/specs.
• Deposits may be required. We accept PayPal and cash by arrangement.
• We may charge interest on late payments and pause work until paid.

Designs, tolerances and prototypes

• You’re responsible for rights and accuracy of any designs/files you supply.
• Prototypes are for evaluation and may need further engineering/testing.
• We’ll meet agreed tolerances/materials; minor process variations may occur.

Intellectual property

• We retain IP in our own methods/processes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• You retain IP in your designs; you grant us a licence to use them solely to perform the work and to showcase projects anonymously unless you object.
• You indemnify us against claims that your supplied materials infringe third-party rights.

Warranty and liability

• We provide services with reasonable skill and care per the agreed spec.
• Except as stated, all implied warranties are excluded as permitted by law.
• Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project giving rise to the claim.
• We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. loss of profit).
• Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

England and Wales law applies; courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
